Edith P. Holmes PRATT - Edith P. Holmes, 82, Pratt, formerly of Salina, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001. Mrs. Holmes was born Edith P. Bruce on Jan 24, 1919, at Bennington. She was a retired customer service representative for Planter's State Bank, Salina. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Wendell, in 1987; and a son, Terry, in 1997. Survivors include a son, Mike of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Pat Thome of Pratt; two sisters, Ethel Green and Helen Bruce, both of Salina; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Crown Point Cemetery near Culver. Memorials may be made to Friendship Manor, Pratt. Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. 7th, Salina, KS |
